The facility will feature modern classrooms, study spaces, and specialized clinical simulation suites. Scheduled to open in January 2028 under an initial 10-year lease agreement, this expansion aims to accommodate growing enrollment and address regional healthcare workforce needs right in the university's backyard.

Developed in partnership with Delhi Township, the new space builds upon the Mount's century-long history in the community and adds to the vibrant 14-acre mixed-use development. According to the original Cincinnati Business Courier article, leadership from both the University and the township view the collaboration as a major win for local engagement and student-focused healthcare education.

“This partnership puts the development’s remaining tenant space to productive use, generates long-term revenue for the township and brings new activity to our town center,” Mike Davis, chair of the township’s board of trustees, said in a media release. “It builds upon our longstanding relationship with the Mount and advances our vision for Delhi Towne Square as a vibrant destination for residents, businesses and visitors.”
