Biography:
Sarah Morehart is licensed as a Counselor Trainee (CT) in the State of Ohio. She's currently working on earning her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University, followed by licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has experience working in inpatient and outpatient mental health programs facilitating group and individual therapy sessions.
As a therapist, Sarah prefers a person-centered approach, and is excited to help MSJ students foster the self-care skills they need to succeed in college and beyond. She’s inspired by working with each client to create a space of healing and acceptance. Her interventions are often based in mindfulness, therapeutic art, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys listening to podcasts, wearing jumpsuits, crocheting, yoga, and rock climbing.
