Ethics minors study the principles that guide human conduct and explore enduring questions surrounding morality, responsibility, justice, and the concepts of right and wrong. Through critical analysis and thoughtful dialogue, students examine ethical frameworks and apply them to real-world issues, developing the skills to navigate complex personal and professional decisions with integrity and clarity.

This interdisciplinary minor encourages students to approach ethical questions from multiple perspectives. Students select courses from three of the following disciplines—philosophy, religious studies, communication studies, business, or sociology—allowing them to tailor the program to their academic interests and career goals. By engaging with diverse viewpoints and case-based learning, students gain a deeper understanding of ethical reasoning and its application across a wide range of fields.
