Biography:
Maria DiTullio serves as the Assistant Director of Mission & Belonging Scholars in the Center for Mission & Belonging at Mount St. Joseph University, where she leads and supports student leadership initiatives including Mission Ambassadors, MOSAIC Scholars, and the Lions 1st first-generation scholar community. She is passionate about mentoring students in the principles of servant leadership while helping them build strong networks of belonging, leadership confidence, and purpose. Through her work, Maria creates opportunities for students to grow as leaders, engage in meaningful service, and develop the skills needed to make a positive impact on campus and beyond.
Since graduating from Mount St. Joseph University in 2019, Maria has been dedicated to creating inclusive spaces where every student feels valued, supported, and connected. She focuses on developing programs that promote mentorship, first-generation student success, intercultural engagement, and social responsibility, guiding students to become thoughtful leaders in their communities. Maria also holds a Master of Science in Cosmetic Science, blending her interests in beauty and science to explore innovative solutions in the industry while continuing to invest deeply in the success and belonging of the students she serves.
